The registration is possible only online. No onsite registration.

Do not forget to book the conference dinner!
The Conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. The cost includes welcome drink, a 4-course sit-down dinner, open bar, dancing floor and transfer to the dinner venue.

Registration as a student
If you are a student, you need to send a supporting letter from your tutor to erpw2024@iss.it, then:

If you are in need of a VISA invitation letter, we will be happy to do this for you. To avoid mistakes and speed up the process, it is very helpful if you can ask the Italian Consulate in your country for a letter template.
You may be experiencing technical problems with your registration.

Substitutions
In the event that you are unable to attend the conference subsequent to paying your registration, we will accommodate the transfer of your registration to a substitute from your Organization.
Please, note the following rules:

Any substitutions must be formalized by the original registrant prior to 25 October 2024 by email to erpw2024@iss.it. Please include "Conference Substitution" in the subject line.

Generally, the substitute person must be an Author of the paper submitted by the original registrant AND must not have submitted another paper.

If the substitute person is a non-author, he/she should be familiar with the research design and findings, and have a good knowledge of the subject area in order to respond to questions about the presentation even if, unlike the authors, they cannot take direct responsibility for the research.

No reimbursement for the social dinner will be given in case the substitute decides not to participate.
Cancellations
Registrations cancelled before September 18 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled after September 18 are no longer eligible for a refund.
Failure to register after receiving a paper acceptance following the review process will incur a 50 € fee.
